Read the book prologue and answer the following questions:
You should answer these in a Google document titled “Book Questions” We will keep adding to this document as we go through the chapters. You should also share the document with me as a collaborator using my school email address.
Download and install the Mnemosyne program and start entering cards using the sheet of prefixes. You can find a link to the program on my ‘Helpful Resources‘ page.
You should also read, “Cramming Doesn’t Work,” also found on that page.
Read the two articles on my homepage: The World Needs Thinkers and A Different Approach. Write down the main ideas of these writings and be prepared to discuss them in class.
Find the link to the syllabus on your main class page (ie. anatomy, biology, etc…) Open the syllabus PDF file and read it. You may choose to print it at home and put it in your notebook. You must print out the last page (contract) and fill in the appropriate information and signatures and return it to me no later than Wednesday, September 10.
