For the visceral practical you will have to accomplish the following:

You will have two minutes to correctly replace all of the organs into the class torso. Each time you place an organ you must state its function. You will start with 100 points. You will lose 10 points for each incorrect function. If you get more than 2 functions incorrect (3 or more) your time will continue to run until you correct yourself down to only 2 incorrect functions. For each second over 2 minutes that it takes you to correctly place all parts and state the functions (with a maximum of only 2 errors) you lose 1 point.

For example, if you…

1. Place everything correctly and state all correct functions in 2 minutes or less you earn 100/100.

2. Place everything correctly and state all correct functions in 2 minutes and 10 seconds you earn a 90/100.

3. Place everything correctly and state one function wrong in 2 minutes and 5 seconds you lose 10 points for the function and 5 points for the time so you earn an 85/100.

You must study for this practical on your own time. We will continue with other material.

The practical examinations will start on Monday, April 10, 2006.
